New Evidence of Early Man: SUPPRESSED (plus Bonus Disc*)

What happens when scientific evidence conflicts with theory? In the early sixties, archaeological discoveries were made in Central Mexico, which were the handiwork of early man.

Exquisitely carved animal bones and advanced spear points caused much excitement, including a Life Magazine article, until the dates came in. Five mutually-exclusive geological tests revealed they were over 250,000 years old.

In spite of the geochronology, archaeologists insisted the dates were too ridiculously old. This world-class archaeological region became off-limits for official research; a “professional forbidden zone.”

Cynthia Irwin Williams
Cynthia Irwin-Williams a world-class archaeolgist, never published the results of her six years of investigation.

In 1962, 1964 and 1966, Irwin-Williams unearthed a progression of primitive (unifacial) to advanced (bi-facial) spearpoints in various levels of strata under the volcanic ash. This shows that evolution occured at the site.

It could not have been better. The only problem was the dating. Spearpoints cannot be dated with radio carbon dating (they are not organic), but the strata of ash from an ancient volcano above the artifacts could be dated using several new testing procedures. The results were so outrageous, the archaeologists refused the accept them.

Reveals the Dark Side of Archaeology

Learn of the shocking events that occurred, told first-hand by many of the actual participants. It reveals how one field of science can conflict with another and how new discoveries must battle evidence vs. belief, exposing what some have called “the dark side of archaeology.”

Eyewitness accounts tell of "Federales" who intimidated the workers with guns, to get them to sign false confessions that they "planted" the artifacts.

Forbidden Archaeology
The book that started a revolution in archaeolgy.

This is the story of Hueyatlaco, Mexico, made famous in Richard Thompson and Michael Cremo's ground-breaking book Forbidden Archeology. The full title is Forbidden Archeology: The Hidden History of the Human Race and it is just that. A 900 page compendium of well-documented evidence suggesting that modern man has a history that is much different than what is taught in schools.

This book first revealed the incredible events that occured in Hueyatlaco, and interviews with its co-authors Michael Cremo and Richard Thompson highligted the NBC Special, "The Mysterious Origins of Man", also reviewed in this site.

Tubes on Mars
Virginia Steen-McIntyre, United States Geological Survey, could not believe the old dates, but reported them faithfully nonetheless.

Virginia Steen-McIntyre, USGS, and others dated the strata overlying the spearpoints at over 250 thousand years old. As a result, the findings were never published, the site was closed down and the original artifacts were "lost". Until, forty years later, a bizarre chain of occurances re-opened the case. This video details the surprising events that brought this epic tale to its conclusion.

One of natures tiniest creatures helps solve a mystery.

Dr. Michael Waters, Geoarchaeologist, Texas A&M University, insists that the spearpoints were re-deposited in the remote past and therefore cannot be as old as the overlying volcanic ash.

To prove or disprove this hypothesis, the soil on both sides of the proposed "inset" was examined. If the soil surrounding the artifacts was different than the soil beneath the ash, Water's explanation would be supported.

Diatom expert Sam VanLandingham found several communites of extinct diatoms on both sides of the "inset". According to science, these tiny creatures vanished from the planet over 80 thousand years ago. This proves, to some, there is no inset and the artfacts were not redeposited, but were found exactly where they were left by ancient hunters over 250 thousand years ago.

Diatoms are microscopic creatures found in all bodies of water. Because of their unique properties, they have been used as evidence in murder trials.
